Executive Director Search

Far + Wise is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization beginning in the Fall of 2025. The Executive Director of Far + Wise is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s operations, strategy, and programs to ensure the fulfillment of the organization’s mission and strategic plan.  An ideal candidate for this position would have leadership skills to oversee both our core program and the expansion of the CCE, as well as provide oversight and support and management of administrative and teaching staff, operations and compliance functions.  A Far + Wise Executive Director should be able to develop, implement, and expand our fundraising strategies, and be experienced and comfortable with making "the ask" of individual, foundation, and corporate donors.  The Executive Director must be comfortable working in a collaborative manner with the Board of Directors and should recognize the unique community that is Blaine County and specifically, the schools, students, and families we serve. Our hope is that our new executive director will have a vision of how to build upon the significant successes achieved by Far + Wise."
